Monday, March 7

• Check in begins at 3pm

• Embassy Suites hosts a complimentary happy hour bar service starting at 5:30pm daily

• Dinner is not provided by MEUA; Please click on the link listed above to access the list of dining options at the Destiny USA Mall

• A complimentary breakfast buffet is offered by Embassy Suites on March 8th for guests who have checked in on March 7th.

Tuesday, March 8

• The MEUA Registration Table is open at 8:30 am. Please pick up your name badge at this time

• Presentations will be conducted from 9:00am to 12:00pm with a small break around 10:00am.

• Lunch is served from 12:00pm to 1:00pm; the cost of lunch was included in your MEUA Registration Fee.

• Presentations to continue from 1:00pm to approx. 3:15pm

• Airosmith Development will be hosting a cocktail hour starting at 3:45 and ending at 4:45 at the Embassy Suites Main Bar.

• Dinner is not provided by MEUA; Please click on the link listed above to access the list of dining options at the Destiny USA Mall

• Altec Industries will be hosting their hospitality suite from 5:00pm to midnight, or until the last person leaves. More information about the location of the suite will be available to you at the MEUA Registration Table. Also, please note, your meeting will begin at 9:00am the following morning.

 

Wednesday, March 9

• A complimentary breakfast buffet is offered by Embassy Suites on March 9th for guests who have checked in on March 8th.

• Presentations will be conducted from 9:00am to 12:00pm.

• Door Prize Giveaway is scheduled for Noon. You must be present to win!!!

• Don't forget to pick up your Certificate of Participation from Narin at the MEUA Registration Table.
